Akasha Heart

General Movement Classes are based on the science of yogic energy anatomy combined with functional movement and core practices.
These classes are suitable for everybody at every level of experience.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring your own mat and any other props you may like to bring along. (blankets, bolsters, eye pillow, blocks, straps. I do provide the props if you don’t have your own but not the mat).

Gentle Movement Practice is similar to the above but more gentle, being an evening class. We move through the body to release the day, then lie down in your most comfortable rest nest for a beautiful guided meditation or Yoga Nidra.

Classes in my studio are capped at 5 people, it is a small space.

All classes include pranayama – breath practices to support us to balance and regulate the nervous system.

All classes are exploratory in nature, with the main focus being on you, learning about you, through movement, stillness and breath.

Classes are either 60 minutes or 75 minutes. This is specified below.
