Hello and welcome to Akasha Wellness. I am so happy you are here. My name is Susie and my life work pours through me onto this space. I am excited at the possibility to welcome you here and to get to know you as you learn about yourself. The sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga and Tantra weave together so beautifully to form a rich tapestry to support us in our quest for personal growth and deep healing. All aspects of ourselves have a space here to come forward and to be experienced and explored. Ayurveda for our body, Yoga for our mind and Tantra for the very life force energy that runs through us, bringing our thoughts and desires to life.

I have spent my life studying many things and working with people intimately for over 30 years now. I have learnt how to weave all of me into my work. I remain a devoted student of life itself and through everything I have looked out at, the richness of these teachings I offer here, stand alone in their ability to shine the brightest light on our inner guide, which ultimately paves the way for our unique personal journey.

Wednesday – 10.00am – 11.00am Yoga Nidra

Thursday – 7.30 – 8.45pm Restorative Yoga

Friday – 10.00am – 11.15am Somatic Exploration

Saturday – 8.00am – 9.15am Tantric Hatha Yoga

I offer private sessions to explore You. We spend time together gathering information about all areas of your life. From here we view this information through the principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and Tantra to arrive at a place where a personalised program is developed for you. Quite often the simplest changes can have the most profound effects.
