I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Suse and my life work pours through me into this space. It’s the result of decades of study, self study and inquiry, physical practices and life experiences – now woven into a rich tapestry to support your journey of personal growth and deep healing.
Here, all parts of you are welcome. There is space for everything to be seen, felt, explored and integrated.
My greatest joy is to help you reconnect with your inner guide – to walk alongside you as you uncover your unique path, in your own time, in your own way.
Entering peri-menopause and menopause early left me feeling confused, stranded and alone.. I turned to what I knew – my yoga practice – and slowly began to go deeper. I immersed myself in the study of Ayurveda, movement and the mind, and the unseen patterns that shape our lives. Over the years, I integrated what I was learning not just as knowledge, but as a way of being.
This path led me to explore relational intelligence and what I now call Living Alignment – a way of moving through life that is deeply attuned, embodied and whole.
Today I bring these insights to life through Yoga, Ayurveda, Astrology, and the Akashic Records – each a doorway into connection, wisdom and transformation.
