This is my signature work – a deep responsive practice that unfolds moment by moment.
With years of experience listening to bodies through movement, energy work and presence, I’ve learned to feel, sense, see and hear the energetic and physical patterns held within. When I place my hands on your body, I listen deeply – not just to the muscles and tissues, but to the layers beneath.
Each session is completely unique.
I respond to what your body is asking for – through touch, gentle rocking, energy techniques, massage, silence or spoken guidance. Often, insights and messages from your soul come through, and I simply speak what I hear.
You’ll be fully clothed, warm, and deeply held in my peaceful home studio – a place created for comfort and restoration.
This work brings you back to yourself. You may leave feeling grounded, connected, nourished, and at peace – reunited with your heart, your light and your soul’s knowing.
