The word itself means the science of life and longevity, and at it’s heart, it’s about relationship: Our relationship to nature, to time, to food, to emotion, to others – and most importantly, to ourselves.
Ayurveda is based on the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether. These are the building blocks of life. But instead of just studying them as concepts, Ayurveda asks:
How do these elements live within you?
What is your unique relationship to them?
When you begin to understand your personal elemental makeup – your constitution – you start to see why some things are easy for you to digest in life, and why others are not.
And this goes far beyond food.
It’s also what you can digest mentally, emotionally, energetically.
Why some conversations leave you energised, while others drain you.
Why certain environments feel like home while others feel like resistance.
Why some relationships flow effortlessly, and others feel like friction?
Ayurveda helps us to come into right relationship with all of this.
It teaches us how to recognise imbalance – not as a problem to fix, but as a signal. It offers tools to bring us back to balance, not by striving but by understanding:

What am I running from?
What do I truly need?
Rather than riding the extremes – up, down, up again – Ayurveda helps us find a rhythm that is steady, responsive, alive.
It’s not a set of rules. It’s a beautiful lens to view life through. A way of returning to ourselves, and living in alignment with what’s real, what’s present and what’s true.

What to expect in your Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation: When you come for your Ayurvedic consultation, you step into a warm, nurturing space. We begin by settling in – with a cup of beautiful herbal tea – and creating a sense of ease and connection.
We’ll move through a full health consultation, exploring both your past and present. I’ll ask about your current concerns and goals – whether that’s navigating menopause, digestive or dietary issues, sleep challenges, weight balance, low energy, or simply a desire to feel more aligned and steady in your daily life.
This is a time for deep listening and honest reflection. We’ll move through many questions, gathering threads of information that begin to form a clearer picture – your unique picture. Together, we begin to see the patterns, the imbalances, and the natural strengths already present in you.
From there we can create a lifestyle plan rooted in what Ayurveda calls Dinacharya – your daily rhythm. This includes everything from when and how you wake, to how you nourish yourself, rest and move, and care for your body and mind.
It’s not about overhauling your life overnight. It’s about designing a rhythm that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your nature, your version of balance and living alignment.
Initial session is 1.5-2 hrs and is $190 – this includes a 30 min follow up 2-4 weeks later.
